Smoked fish mousse on a crème fraiche potato salad with a beetroot sauce

Roast turkey with leek and cranberry stuffing and chipolata
Trio of game – Game shepherds pie, venison parcel and wild boar sausage finished with red wine gravy
Swordfish steak with a lobster, lime and chilli butter
Nut loaf wellington, sweet potato, chestnut and apricot with a port wine sauce
